Packages
Below you can see the breakdown of our two packages: Silver and Gold. We’re passionate about making sure you have the best possible experience, so if you’ve got an idea you’d like to share, or if you’d like to tweak either package a little, just add your thoughts to the additional comments section of the enquiry form.
Charlie is available to book between midday and 10pm, seven days a week, subject to availability. We’ll need to be on site an hour beforehand to set up and we’ll need half an hour after your booking to pack down.
– Silver –
£825 (inc. VAT)
As a general rule of thumb, Charlie will travel anywhere up to one hour-ish from the Cheltenham / Gloucester area. This includes (but isn’t limited to) Burford, Witney and parts of Oxford in the east. Bibury and Cirencester in the south. Tetbury, Dursley and Stroud in the west. Tewkesbury and Broadway in the north, and anywhere in between.
- Three hours’ unlimited use, between midday and 10pm.
- A Cotswold Horsebox Photography technician will be on hand for the duration of your booking.
- A wide selection of fun, high-quality props to horse around with.
- Each group of visitors receives a single strip of photos to take away and keep as a memento. Photo strips can be customised to match your event stationery / theme.
- Access to a full digital gallery for you and your guests. You can browse, download and share on social media. Just remember to tag us!
– Gold –
£900 (inc. VAT)
- Everything included in the Silver package and same area covered.
- You have Charlie for an extra hour, so four hours’ unlimited use in total (between midday and 10pm).
- Each group of visitors receives an additional strip of photos to include in your guest book.
- A guest book is provided, set up on a bistro table outside (or inside if it’s a bit rainy).
