The more detail you can include in the additional comments section, the better. The information you provide at this stage will give us a really good idea of exactly what it is you’re after. And the better we understand what you want, the better your experience will be.

We know how tricky it can be to organise a big event, so don’t worry if you don’t have all the details confirmed at the moment. Just fill out what you can and, if you have them, include rough dates and possible venues or locations.
